EPA-rich Omega 3 with Omega 6, vitamins and minerals. A highly concentrated mix of essential fatty acids in its natural triglyceride form, and unlike other other oils - not chemically altered. Unlike other concentrated and so called “natural” oils, the Omega-3-EPA and Omega-3-DHA are in their natural positions which gives a higher bioavailability and better absorption by the body – and the brain. As our bodies are unable to produce these essential fatty acids, we must consume them. Daily recommended dosage: First 3 months: If you are starting supplementation after a long break or for the first time, we suggest a daily intake of four – 4 - capsules per day for the first twelve weeks, in order to build up the body’s levels of essential fatty acids. After 12 weeks: Reduce to 2 capsules a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
